chefBritish Head Chef Tom Cenci discovered his passion for food at an early age and did his first apprentice ship at the Cliveden Hotel, 1 star Michelin where he learned all the basics of great cooking.

He then worked his way up at the famous 1 Lombard street under the guidance of Herbert Berger, several Michelin star chef where his passion for French cooking developed. This passion led him to Paris at the prestigious Restaurant Laurent on the Champs Elysees.

He worked  in London for few years before joining Harvey Nicholls as Head Chef in Istanbul and more recently The Nita Lodge in Canada, a luxury boutique hotel with 3 restaurants.

Now relocated in London, Tom joined our team to share his wealth of culinary experience and create outstanding French cooking based on seasonality, provenance and traditions.

Tom is also working in collaboration with our guest chef John Burton Race and they have designed a menu showcasing John’s classic recipes.
